Bought Bedroom set and new mattress from Darvin Furniture in April.8 weeks laterwhen delivered, the first night I lay in the bed, the mattress dissolved under me.

After 3 weeks its lumpy, bumpy with multiple sink holes with the largest 1 1/2 in deep and 2 in diameter. The other side of the mattress is firmer but still multiple indentations. Darvin claims nothing wrong with matress and to call back when it gets deeper.

A month of taking hours to fall asleep, tosssing and tirningn all night, waking with headaches and backaches; I have paid $1400 for a mattress but am sleepng on the sofa bed in the den.Poor quality merchandise and worst customer service ever.
