Darvin's sucks their qualities for shed and they have no customer service

Bought 2 bedroom sets and also the spt extended warranty. Both sets are black and was told any water ring marks would be part of the warranty. Called to file a claim because he has water ring marks on 2 pieces of furniture, because i didnt file a claim for each ring they wont cover it. Im beyond pissed

Bought a very large Southern Motion sectional with recliners. We have had nothing but issues with the recliners. They are hard to close because the footrests are overstuffed. Two service calls, first took springs out, the second put them back in and oiled things. No one would address the bad upholstery job on the foot rests. Darvin (probably because recent bad TV reviews) opted to replace them. The replacements are only marginally better. ... Read more

Leather Italian leather set beige all has a black dark spots on the cushion seats as seen on the pictures and the love seat left side electric recliner doesn't work

I purchased a dining room table with chairs (over $1k) a little over 2 years ago, and one chair broke. The wood completely just split in half from what they tell us is considered wear and tear. Are you kidding me???? It's been under 3 years and we only use to eat at dinner! Sales staff was friendly, ordered a couch set on April 23 and after it was charged I was told it was not available to be delivered until after May 8th as it was on back order. Ok. Not too bad. Well I called May 11th to inquire about status was told they would get back to me May 12th. I am now told it will not be available for delivery until late May early July. Costumer service is terrible especially when you want to make complaints about damages. Bought leather furniture and psid insurance but couldn't get any one to take redponsibility when the leather started cracking and peeling.

I purchased an entire living room bedroom broyhill set from Darvin. After about 6 months the vineer started to chip. I place a claim w the Warrenty. They came out and I Said I did it and they don't cover it. Please tell me how I chipped off the vineer. I purchased the additional Warrenty and I claimed w them. They denied me also.
